All orders will be shipped USPS or UPS depending on weight and cost. Shipping charges are subject to change without notice. Although most items are shipped within 2 business days, some items may be out of stock or back-ordered. In this case, you will be notified of the delay and the item will shipped as soon as it is available. Out of stock items usually 7-14 business days from when the order was placed.

Certain
products due to extreme size, quantity or weight do not qualify for
"free shipping". This most often occurs with one-piece fishing rods
that exceed 94 inches in length or very heavy or bulky items.

shipping charges on the product description page. If you purchase an
item that requires additional shipping fees we
will contact you to discuss additional charges. You will be given the
option to accept or decline the additional charges. If declined the
order will be canceled with full refund.
During a free shipping promotion your items will be shipped ground unless another form of shipment is required. You will be charged for any difference in shipping cost.
One (1) piece fishing rods are shipped in a tube, generally PVC. Due to the size and shape an extra charge of $10.00 applies. Rods ship FEDEX or UPS. 2 piece rods are standard delivery.
RETURNS
Your satisfaction is our primary goal but in the event you are not completely satisfied with an item you purchased, you may return the item for the purchase price within 30 days of shipping. A 5% restocking fee may be instituted. Shipping charges are not refundable. There are no returns, refunds or exchanges on clearance/discontinued product. If you have received a product that you feel is defective, please contact us for return instructions. Certain warranties require that the product be returned directly to the manufacturer for replacement. Restocking fee will not apply to defective products.
